POLICIES


PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express Discover and Apple Pay. All payments are powered by Stripe and processed securely using HTTPS. Upon payment, a confirmation will be sent to the email provided and include an order number for tracking the status of your order. The final payment will include applicable shipping charges and taxes. Sales tax is only charged to residents living in New York state. For international orders, a customs duty may be charged depending upon the country in which you reside. STERTHOUS is not responsible for duty charges or other fees associated with international shipping.

SHIPPING

Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days after the balance on your order has been processed. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. If ordering multiple products, items may be shipped individually and separately. We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes at this time. While we ship to most countries, all international orders are subject to review. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipment service and tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you're unhappy, we will accept returns on merchandise in new, un-used condition. If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be received no later than 30 days from the original delivery date. We reserve the right to refuse returns on orders that show signs of wear. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Insurance and tracking is recommended on all return packages. STERTHOUS is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. 

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that while all efforts will be made to complete your order as quickly as possible, we reserve the right to cancel customer orders when necessary. Delays, price adjustments, and cancellations may be necessary for reasons beyond our control. Customers will be given a full refund. We will notify the customer immediately (using contact information provided by customer) but are not obligated to obtain permission or acknowledgement prior to cancellation.
